1. About These Terms

colmed.in is owned and operated by ColMed Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Collateral Medical Pvt. Ltd., registered at 201, Bldg 2, Mittal Industrial Estate, Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400059, India.

By accessing or using colmed.in and any services offered through it (collectively, "our Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Our Reach: Distribution & Retail

ColMed operates one of India's most extensive medical device distribution networks, covering 700+ districts nationwide. We work with over 100 OEM principals and 1,000+ resellers. We are authorized distribution and after-sales service partners for globally recognized brands including Abbott, LifeScan (OneTouch), Ascensia, Roche, Cochlear, Convatec, and 3M Littmann.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

3. Medical Device Disclaimer

All medical devices sold on colmed.in are licensed and regulated under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017 (CDSCO). Collateral Medical Pvt. Ltd. holds CDSCO Class A and Class B manufacturing licences and maintains ISO 13485:2016 certification.

4. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your account password, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@colmed.in, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

5. Orders & Pricing

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change without prior notice due to manufacturer adjustments
• Promotional offers must be applied at the time of order and cannot be applied retrospectively
• Product images are illustrative only and may differ from actual appearance
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund

7. Delivery & Shipping

• A signature may be required upon delivery as proof of receipt
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery in original, unused, resalable condition with original packaging
• Products damaged in transit and rejected at delivery are eligible for 100% refund of the sale price
• Products that come into contact with the body, single-use patient items, and opened personal hygiene products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection

9. Digital Health Services & AI-Assisted Tools

• AI-assisted outputs are intended to support, not replace, clinical judgement
• Results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical assessment
• ColMed makes no warranty as to the fitness for a particular clinical purpose of any AI-generated output
• You remain solely responsible for any healthcare decisions made based on information from our digital services

10. Intellectual Property

All content on colmed.in is the proprietary property of ColMed Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Collateral Medical Pvt. Ltd., or their respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ColMed Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and Collateral Medical Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Contact support@colmed.in first to resolve concerns informally.
